Narrative
CLOVIS, NM – A 42-year-old motorcyclist died on Saturday from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle collision at a Clovis intersection.
The accident occurred around 6:17 p.m. in the area of Wheaton Street and Madison Road, which is just west of Mission Garden of Memories and north of Highway 60.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Police say that a motorcycle and an SUV collided at an intersection and that the force of the crash threw the motorcyclist from her bike.
Authorities identified the victim as Shonta Hall.
It’s unclear if anyone in the SUV sustained injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
