Narrative
ROOSEVELT CO., NM – A man died earlier this month in a two-vehicle collision along South Roosevelt Road 7 in Roosevelt County.
The accident occurred on Monday, August 11th, in the morning. Officials haven’t provided a cross street for the crash.
Police say that the driver of a 2014 Nissan failed to heed a stop sign and entered the path of a second vehicle.
The driver of the Nissan, identified as Josue Reyes, died at the scene. Reyes was a worker at Douma Dairy on NM-206.
Medics transported an unknown number of people from the second vehicle to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
