Narrative:
SANTA FE, NM – A truck driver went to the hospital Monday after an accident along the highway in north-central Santa Fe.
The accident happened on the southbound side of US-84 near the NM-599, which is just north of Santa Fe National Cemetery.
Police aren’t sure what caused the accident, but they say an 18-wheeler overturned along the highway.
The truck driver sustained non-critical injuries.
Officials closed the southbound lanes of the US-84 while crews worked to attend to the driver and clear the scene.
A full investigation is underway.
